木材经高温热处理后在尺寸稳定性、耐久性得到一定程度提高的同时,木材的颜色会逐渐变为浅褐色、深褐色甚至黑色,接近于红木及一些深色名贵木材的颜色,因此可以采用此方法来仿生红木及名贵木材颜色,这不仅可以提高木材的附加值,而且为美化木材表面颜色提出一种新思路.本研究在真空条件下,热处理温度为160℃、180℃、200℃,热处理时间为2h、4h、6h下对云南省常用材思茅松(Pinus kesiya var.lang bianensis)木材进行高温热处理,采用CIE L*a*b*法对热处理前后思茅松木材的颜色参数值进行测定,从而分析真空条件下高温热处理对思茅松木材颜色的影响;另外以失重率作为木材高温热处理强度损失因子,研究在真空高温热处理前后木材质量损失情况.研究结果表明:(1)热处理后思茅松木材颜色发生明显变化,木材表面颜色加深,随着热处理温度升高和处理时间的增加,木材明度L*下降,红绿色品指数a*和黄蓝色品指数b*随热处理强度的增加而增加,△L*和色差△E*增大.(2)在真空条件下,木材失重率随处理温度的升高和处理时间的增加而增加,但质量损失率较低.
