Recently,it was reported that crystals of the organic material TTF derivatives bearing phthalimides and fluorinated alkyl moieties have high field-effect charge carrier mobility.The electron-withdrawing substituents lower the energy of the HOMO and LUMO levels and increase the solubility and stability of the semiconducting material.
