现有的硫化工艺在橡胶传动带领域生产过程中存在着一些缺陷,以饱和蒸汽硫化方法为例,最根本的矛盾就是硫化温度与压力的控制,在满足较高饱和的硫化压力强度需求情况下,硫化温度势必上升,从橡胶物理性能及硫化曲线分析,这种矛盾体最终将导致产品后期质量下降。我们要做的就是要解决这个矛盾,创造一个能满足高的硫化压力需求情况下,使硫化温度达到可控的新工艺,此种新工艺不但大大地提高橡胶制品的整体性能,同时硫化压力的产生不再需要高的饱和蒸汽施加压力差,以至于政府的统一蒸汽管网即可满足生产需要,企业不再需要额外增制锅炉设备,这种新的方法可以减少企业对于蒸汽锅炉的投入,节约了能源的消耗,降低了成本,同时可以减少对环境的污染,达到清洁生产,符合国家对于行业未来发展的需要。
