Through the field observation and interview,the author collected lots of the spontaneous renewal cases from Yingping Block in Xiamen city,and chose diversified cases to describe,and then concluded three stages of the spontaneous renewal and declared the influence of each stage on urban forming and urban life.Types of the cases were further summarized to evaluate impacts of each type and deduce the corresponding countermeasures.
