The neurotoxicity of β-amyloid protein (Aβ) has been implicated to be related to pathogenesis of Alzheimers disease (AD).Recent evidence suggests that autophagy might be involved in the toxicity of Aβ.Hydrogen sulfide (H2S), which is identified as a new neuromodulator, plays an important protective role in the neurotoxicity of Aβ.However, the effect of H2S on autophagy of Aβ-induced is unclear.Aiming to answer this question, we examined effect of H2S on cell viability by MTT analysis,and the expression of autophagy related protein by westem blot,immunocytochemistry and Transmission electron microscopy analysis in Aβ25-35 treated Neuro-2a cells.

阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimers disease,AD)是最为常见的神经退行性疾病,严重危害人民健康.目前国际学术界普遍认为:AD病人大脑中两个重要的病理特征也是其发病的主要因素,即由β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)聚集形成的细胞外淀粉样斑和由异常磷酸化的tau蛋白形成的神经原纤维缠结.鉴定参与调控Aβ和tau神经毒性的相关基因蛋白,将为疾病治疗提供新的靶标.鉴于目前尚无有效的手段,AD的风险预测与早期诊
