梯形慢波结构是应用于中功率和大功率行波管的一种重要且实用的周期慢波系统,具有结构简单,成本低,功率容量大,散热性好等优点。目前,国内外对梯形慢波结构的研究工作一直在进行中。分析了梯形慢波结构模型,分析了谐振法在运用CST软件本征模求解器计算色散特性中的理论和过程。在此基础上,设计了工作点为100GHz和225GHz的梯形慢波结构尺寸,并研究了梯形慢波结构的尺寸对色散特性的影响。
The trapezoidal slow-wave structure is an important and practical periodic slow-wave system applied to medium-power and high-power traveling-wave tubes. It has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, large power capacity and good heat dissipation. At present, the research work on the ladder-type slow-wave structure has been underway at home and abroad. The model of trapezoidal slow-wave structure is analyzed, and the theory and process of resonant method in calculating dispersion characteristics by using CST software intrinsic mode solver are analyzed. Based on this, the size of trapezoidal slow-wave structure with 100GHz and 225GHz operating points is designed, and the influence of the size of trapezoidal slow-wave structure on dispersion characteristics is studied.
