目的 探讨全关节镜下踝关节探查清理、开窗植骨治疗距骨骨囊肿的技术运用及临床疗效。方法 自2016年1月收治2例距骨骨囊肿患者，均为男性，年龄分别为62岁和32岁，均以踝关节肿痛、活动受限就诊，体检均发现踝关节撞击征阳性表现，病程时间2个月～1年，影像检查见囊肿均位于距骨内侧穹隆部，呈单房透亮影，囊肿边缘骨质硬化，年轻患者伴有明显关节积液及软组织增生影。

目的 观察Ikaros 家族锌指蛋白1(IKZF1)基因突变对成人费城染色体(Ph)阳性急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)预后的影响。方法 2014 年1 月－2017 年1 月在宁波市4 家医院接受治疗的成人Ph+ALL 患者共63 例，收集患者临床资料及初诊时骨髓或外周血标本，采用毛细管电泳法检测IKZF1 突变情况，分析IKZF1 突变情况与预后的关系。
