　　Purpose: To evaluate the effectiveness of fluoroscopic guide formation of artificial pneumoperitoneum for the management of air leak after pulmonary resection.Materials and Methods: From July 2008 to April 2015,we performed artificial pneumoperitoneum formation(mean air 1500 cc,range 1100-2000 cc)under fluoroscopic guidance in 32 patients.
