Objective To investigate the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) as well as bevacizumab level in the systemic circulation up to 2 months after intravitreal injection of bevacizumab (IVB) in patients with type-1 retinaopthy of prematurity (ROP).Related growth factors like VEGFR,Tie2,EPO,TGF-beta,Angiopoietin 1,2,3,and IGF-1were measured after the IVB as well.
