Due to the simple optical devices, wide linear range of respondingsignal and many well characters of chemiluminescence (CL) and fluorescence (FL) systems, CL and FL are uniquely suited to on-line detection for miniaturized total analysis system (μ-TAS) [1].In our recent research work, some microchips with CL or FL as detector were designed and applied for the different applications.A single-channel poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) microchip was developed for the monitoring and kinetics studies of single particle[2].The microchannel consisting of a narrow section following to a relatively wide part enabled particle introduction, transfer and location.
