Background:Alterations in p53 gene and its pathways are involved in muscle-invasive bladder cancer.Recently,anti-tumor activity of N-myc downstream-regulated gene 2 (NDRG2),a novel p53-inducible gene, was found in several cancers.Methods:NDRG2 recombinant adenovirus plasmid was constructed.Proliferation rate of cells infected with the NDRG2-expressing adenovirus was measured by MTT,and level of NDRG2 expression by flow cytometry and western blotting.
