Diverticula are rare cardiac anomalies.In this report, a 51-year-old man, lately having no cardiac symptoms, his past medical history reported pericardectomy due to constrictive pericarditis 30 years ago.Echocardiography, Computed tomography (CT), Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) also showed a huge cystic diverticula at the posterolateral wall of the left atrium and a small outpounh diverticula at the right ventricular apex.
