鼠笼式弹性支承转子系统广泛应用于航空发动机等旋转机械.本文针对鼠笼式弹支结构的刚度对转子系统振动特性影响开展研究.首先研究鼠笼式弹支结构刚度随载荷的变化关系,即基于有限元建立鼠笼式弹支结构模型,一端与轴承座固接,另一端与联接环固接,在此基础上,通过在联接环内表面对鼠笼式弹支结构分别施加不同载荷,计算其相应的笼条变形量,并将相关数据进行拟合得到鼠笼式弹支结构的刚度随载荷变化曲线,曲线显示,鼠笼式弹支结构的刚度随载荷增加呈非线性变化.
