  Autoimmune diseases such as inflammatory bowel diseases(IBD)causes reflactory chronic inflammation.Although stroid drugs are used in general,they causes sivere adverse effects and perfect cure is difficult.Recently,therapeutic antibody against proinflammatory cytokines gave been used as mre effective cure.
