本文根据薄板的大挠度理论,对冷轧带材轧后残余应力引起的失稳屈曲变形状态(包括边浪和中浪)进行了解析研究,得出确定屈曲参数的非线性方程组。同时,对带材的临界失稳问题以及生产中允许的板形误差问题也进行了计算,得出有实用价值的判别稳定性和平直度的解析表达式。实验证明,本文理论计算结果与实验测定结果是相吻合的。
In this paper, according to the theory of large deflection of thin slab, the buckling deformation state (including side waves and mid-wave) caused by residual stress in cold-rolled strip is analyzed and the nonlinear equations for determining buckling parameters are obtained. At the same time, the problem of the critical instability of the strip and the allowable shape error in the production are also calculated, and the analytic expressions of discriminating stability and flatness with practical value are obtained. Experiments show that the theoretical calculation results in this paper are in good agreement with the experimental results.
