  Seawater pond polyculture with shrimp,crab and shellfish is a popular culturing model along the east coast of China,and is a relatively closed ecosystem.In such an ecosystem,the main energy and material flows carried through the microbial web are easily affected by cultured species and bait types.By Illumina Miseq analyzing the bacterial V4-V5 region on 16S ribosomal DNA,we have found a complex and diverse bacterial community structure.

微污染原水生物膜预处理工艺中,功能微生物的富集受多种因素的制约。为研究不同快速启动策略对微污染原水生物预处理工艺运行性能及载体生物膜特性的影响,试验分别以模拟污染原水、实际污染原水以及成熟生物膜工艺出水为进水,在不同启动策略下批次运行了九组反应器(R1-R9)。结果表明,基质亲和性、营养水平、菌源以及环境条件(温度、DO和水力剪切)决定着工艺性能及生物膜特性。
