绝缘子在高压输电线路中起着电气绝缘和机械连接作用。与瓷、玻璃绝缘子相比,复合绝缘子具有良好憎水性以及憎水迁移性,从而耐污闪性能显著。绝缘子绝缘水平的一个重要衡量指标是憎水性等级,其憎水性严重下降时对电力系统安全稳定运行构成威胁,为此,设计了一套基于图像处理技术的复合绝缘子表面憎水性在线检测系统.该系统主要由硬件装置系统以及基于多重分形的憎水性等级判断分析软件构成.首先硬件装置系统对图像进行采集、传输、存储;其次,对获取憎水性图像进行预处理,为憎水性等级分析奠定基础;最后,采用多重分形方法对其表面憎水性等级的判定,从而实现憎水性在线检测评估.测试结果表明:该系统在图像传输无线丢包率在3.5%以下,具有操作安全、抗干扰性强、等级判断率高等特点,可为实际复合绝缘子挂网运行中的检测与维护提供指导意义.
