结膜囊狭窄动物模犁构建的实验研究

【摘要】

：

目的探讨四种不同创伤方式引起兔结膜囊狭窄的特点，建立稳定的重度结膜囊狭窄动物模型。方法 50只兔随机分为4组：热烧伤组15只，分别用400 0C热源烧伤结膜囊3s、6s和1Os；碱烧伤组15只，分别用2M NaOH烧伤结膜囊30s、60s和120s；酸烧伤组15只，分别用99 ％正庚酸烧伤结膜囊60s、120s和180s；结膜切除组5只，切除全部球结膜、穹窿结膜、睑结膜和浅层角膜。
