尼古丁抑制LPS诱导大鼠胎盘细胞因子释放的体外实验研究

目的：研究尼古丁对LPS诱导的大鼠胎盘细胞因子释放的影响。方法：无菌获取4只妊娠第14天的大鼠胎盘组织,等分为4份,生理盐水充分洗涤后在用进行体外培养,分别设对照组,LPS刺激组(1 ug/ml),LPS刺激组(1ug/ml)+尼古丁组(10 uM)和尼古丁组(10 uM)。
