　　Xylose is the second most abundant sugar in hydrolyzed lignocellulose materials.However,it is not the native substrate of Saccharomyces cerevisiae,which is a competitive cell factory for biofuel and chemical production.Introducing the heterologous genes that converting xylose to xylulose endows the xylose metabolism capacity.
