A new bioreactor landfill lysimeter with new structure was set up in laboratory in February 2014 and multiple stabilizing process was conducted to explore its features and advantages.The series of samples including leachate,landfill gas and solid waste were collected and analyzed continually.So far the tests have lasted for 38 weeks.During anaerobic phase,compared with the conventional bioreactor landfill process,it has revealed superior features in leachate quality,reducing acid accumulation,methane content in the gas,solid waste stabilization,etc.Considering the trend of COD in the leachate and the cumulative gas production,it could be concluded that the switching time point from anaerobic to aerobic phase would be in the 30th week.
