目的:建立工作场所空气中二氟一氯甲烷的直接进样-气相色谱测定方法。方法:空气中的二氟一氯甲烷用注射器采集,直接进样,以30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm QC3/AC-1毛细管柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。结果:二氟一氯甲烷浓度在0.48μg/ml~7.7μg/ml范围内线性较好,回归方程Y=10281x+981.73,相关系数r为0.9996,方法的检出限为0.16μg/ml,直接进样的最低检出浓度160 mg/m3。结论:该方法各项指标均达到GBZ/T210.4-2008职业卫生标准制定指南的要求。方法准确可靠、简单可行,适用于作业场所空气中二氟一氯甲烷的测定。
Objective: To establish a direct injection of difluorochloromethane in the air at workplaces - a gas chromatographic method. Methods: Difluorochloromethane in air was collected with a syringe and directly injected into a 30 m × 0.32 mm × 0.25 μm QC3 / AC-1 capillary column for detection by hydrogen flame ionization detector. Results: The linear range of difluorochloromethane was 0.48μg / ml ~ 7.7μg / ml, the regression equation was Y = 10281x + 981.73, the correlation coefficient was 0.9996, and the detection limit was 0.16μg / ml. The minimum detectable concentration of injection is 160 mg / m3. Conclusion: The method of the indicators have reached GBZ / T210.4-2008 occupational health standards for the development of guidelines. The method is accurate and reliable, simple and feasible, suitable for the determination of difluorochloromethane in the air of the work place.
