Polypyrrole coated-silica/Ni-Zn ferrite (PPy/SiO2/Ni-Zn ferrite) composites were synthesized by an in-situ polymerization method, where pyrrole (Py), cetyltrimethyl ammonium brombide (CTAB) and SiO2/Ni-Zn ferrite nanoparticle acted as monomer, sufactant and nuclear, respectively, in which the SiO2/Ni-Zn ferrite nanoparticle was prepared by the combination of the combustion and the modified St(o)ber method.
