氮化碳功能化薄膜的制备及性能研究

  本论文基于化学气相沉积的原理、采用真空蒸镀的方法,通过控制加热温度、通入气体的气流速率以及镁合金与尿素之间的距离等条件,在镁合金表面沉积一层氮化碳薄膜。并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外吸收光谱(FTIR)以及能谱仪(EDS)三种方式,分析镁合金表面氮化碳薄膜的物质组成和特征官能团,确定镁合金表面成功镀上了一层氮化碳薄膜。再用扫描电子显微镜观察镁合金表面氮化碳薄膜的表面形貌,结果显示薄膜平整、致密、均一。
