目的 总结足踝部复杂畸形围手术期护理的新观点、新方法及护理经验。方法 根据个体化设计矫形方案,辩证思维的整体把握多学科知识、技术的交融,术前给予充足的护理评估；加强与患者的沟通,使其对矫形手术有一个正确的预期；术后针对个体决定石膏固定或穿矫形鞋时间,选择功能锻炼时机并进行电话随访指导。结果 随访时间6～24个月,41例患者中,96％患者伤口皮肤愈合良好,足踝部恢复良好的行走弹性,肌力得到平衡,关节平稳。结论 足踝部复杂畸形矫正,围手术期制定个体化的护理计划,包括术前皮肤护理,术后伤口管理等规范化的围手术期护理方案,才能有利于伤口的早日愈合,缩短住院时间,保证功能恢复。
