Glancing angle deposition (GLAD), in a thin film deposition system, is becoming a simple but versatile method to tailor novel nanostructures with controlled morphologies, microstructures and compositions.These designed nanostructures have been widely used in various fields, such as solar cells, pressure sensors, photocatalysis, and so on.
