To investigate the relationship between NF-κB and FLICE-inhibitory proteins (FLIP) in the substantia nigra(SN) of mice with l-methyl-4-phenyl-l,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP) induced Parkinsons disease, to explore the possible mechanism of NF-κB signaling pathway in PD.C57BL/6N mice were randomly divided into model, inhibitor and control groups.Their behavioral changes were observed.
