Aim: To investigate protective effect of baicalein on myocardial ischemia-repeffusion injury in rats, Methods: The myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury model was established in rats by ligating left anterior descending coronary artery.The contents of Na+-K+-ATPase, Ca2+-ATPase, lactic acid (LD), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), and creatine kinase (CK) in myocardium were determined by chromatometry.
