目的:观察CyclinD1,P16在皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达,探讨CyclinD1,P16在皮肤鳞状细胞癌发生发展中的作用。方法:用免疫组织化学技术检测40例皮肤鳞癌石蜡包埋组织和10例正常皮肤组织的CyclinD1,P16表达。结果:CyclinD1在皮肤鳞癌组织中表达高于皮肤正常对照组,两者差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);P16在皮肤鳞癌组织中表达低于皮肤正常对照组,但两者差异无显著统计学意义(P>0.05);CyclinD1,P16在皮肤鳞癌中表达呈正相关性(r=0.782,P<0.01)。结论:CyclinD1在皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中阳性表达上调,P16在皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中阳性表达下调,CyclinD1,P16在皮肤鳞癌中表达呈正相关。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the expression of CyclinD1 and P16 in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma and to explore the role of CyclinD1 and P16 in the development of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: The expressions of CyclinD1 and P16 in 40 cases of squamous cell carcinoma paraffin-embedded tissues and 10 cases of normal skin tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of CyclinD1 in skin squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that in normal skin, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The expression of P16 in squamous cell carcinoma was lower than that in normal skin, but the difference between them There was no statistical significance (P> 0.05). The expression of CyclinD1 and P16 in squamous cell carcinoma was positively correlated (r = 0.782, P <0.01). Conclusion: The positive expression of CyclinD1 in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma is up-regulated. The positive expression of P16 in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma is down-regulated. The expression of CyclinD1 and P16 in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma is positively correlated.
