SQM-1型脉冲加热气相色谱仪是大连第二仪表厂生产的测定金属中气体的分析仪器。缺点是空白值高,分析周期长。我们改进了分析方法,使氧空白值降至原法的五分之一,扩大了仪器的测量下限。由于空白值低而稳定,在试样分析中省去了测定空白的手续,同时采用了瞬时进样的办法,使分析周期缩短至六分钟之内,并且实现了氮氧联测。
SQM-1-type pulse heating gas chromatograph is the second instrument factory in Dalian to determine the determination of metal in the gas analyzer. The disadvantage is the blank value is high, the analysis cycle is long. We improved the analytical method to reduce the oxygen blank value to one-fifth that of the original method, expanding the instrument’s lower measurement limit. Due to the low blank value and stability, eliminating the blank in the sample analysis procedures, while using the instantaneous injection method, the analysis cycle is shortened to six minutes, and the realization of the nitrogen and oxygen joint test.
