天津地铁,始建于70年代,1984年7.4公里的地铁正式通车,目前天津地铁的设备、车辆大部已陈旧老化,新的沿海河方向的18.24公里地铁南北干线正在筹建中,建成后,预计初期年客运量1.63亿人次,这对促进天津市经济发展缓解交通紧张,将起到一定的作用。笔者回顾以往地铁建设中的经验和教训,对未来天津地铁建设,提出了几点看法:①改变地铁建设大量占地的积极因素,充分利用土地的商品属性,发展多种经济模式;②以“出让地块”形式,引进外资,加速地铁建设;③避免囿于一时资金匮乏,而降低地铁使用功能能和技术标准,宜从长远考虑。希望有条件兴建地铁工程的城市,早日上马,早日受益。

Hopefully, the city that is eligible to build a subway project will soon start its work and benefit from it as soon as possible.
