白蛋白与有机磷加合物位点识别及结构性质研究

有机磷化合物与人或动物体内蛋白质作用形成加合物,是检测和推断其是否中毒的重要依据。本文通过高分辨的质谱检测方法,研究了沙林等7种有机磷化合物对人、牛、大鼠、兔等种属的白蛋白体外染毒的加合物及其位点,得出14个白蛋白与有机磷加合物位点,14个作用位点是6个酪氨酸、7个赖氨酸、1个丝氨酸。
