Photocatalytic H2 generation by water splitting and photocatalytic hydrocarbon fuel production by CO2 reduction are considered to be one of major strategies for solving the global energy and environmental problems in the future. In recent five years, graphene-based nanocpmposite photocatalysts have caused more and more interest as an efficiency method to enhance photocatalytic H2-generation and CO2-reduction activity in converting solar energy into chemical energy.
