多年来,煤炭企业在人才建设方面不断突破、不断创新,成效显著,但仍远远不能满足企业生产经营和市场形势发展的需要。人才资源是企业的第一资源,人才管理是企业发展的第一要素,是企业发展的根本保障,人才资本是决定企业综合竞争力的第一资本。如何树立科学的人才观,如何转变机制激励人才、培养人才,是当前煤炭企业迫切需要解决的新课题。
Over the years, coal enterprises have continuously made breakthroughs and innovations in talent building with remarkable success. However, they are still far from meeting the needs of enterprises in their production and operation and market development. Talent resource is the first resource of enterprise. Talent management is the first element of enterprise development and the fundamental guarantee of enterprise development. Talent capital is the first capital that determines the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. How to establish a scientific view of talented people and how to change the mechanism to motivate and cultivate talented people are the new topics that the coal enterprises urgently need to solve.
