Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is linked to inflammation and immunosuppression.PGLYRP2 is an innate immune pattern recognition receptor(PRR),which is specifically expressed in liver tissue and implicated in the regulation of inflammation. However, the role of PGLYRP2 in HCC remains unclear. In this study,we aimed to investigate the epigenetic mechanism of PGLYRP2 silencing in HCC tissues and whether PGLYRP2 is able to influence HCC progression by regulating tumorassociated inflammation.
