Purpose:To examine factors for physicians of community medical group participating in long-term care services.Method:A cross-sectionalpredictive corretaional design was used for data collection from 1,652 doctors who joined the program of "The Experimental Plan for the System regarding Integrated Care of Family Physician." A total of 739 questionnaires was received (response rate was 45.1％).Multinomial logistic regression was used for data analysis.
