本研究通过对采自四川省发病油菜上的菌核进行分离纯化,筛选获得一株菌落形态异常菌株8-2。相比于核盘菌正常菌株1980或Ep-1PNA367,菌株82在PDA上生长较慢,对油菜叶片呈现毒力衰退的特性,是一株典型的弱毒菌株。提取菌株8-2的dsRNA,发现该菌株中含有3条dsRNA片段(分别命名为dsRNAl、dsRNA2和dsRNA3),最大的片段超过lOkb,另外两条片段大小分别为6kb和1.8k

本文于2010—2013年在内蒙古自治区和黑龙江地区进行了不同杀菌剂对甜菜褐斑病的防治效果试验,进而分析其对产量、含糖量造成的影响。本研究选用几种对甜菜褐斑病具有一定防效的杀菌剂,对比防治与否所造成的产量及含糖量的变化。通过在不同地区不同药剂连续四年的防治试验,得到甜菜褐斑病引起的产量及含糖量的损失估计数据。结果表明甜菜褐斑病引起的甜菜产量损失可达799.OOkg/亩,甜菜含糖率损失可达2.63度
