Purpose: the present research applied the typical model of chronic compressive cervical spondylosis by implanting absorbent polyurethane chip in rats, and estimated the neural functions,histopathology and changes in MRI in model animals.We aimed to confirm how the impairments of neural functions and histopathological changes in spinal cord are correlated to the FA value and ADC value assessed by MRI.
