  吲哚类化合物具有苯并五元氮杂环结构,是自然界中分布最广泛的杂环化合物。吲哚类化合物是一类重要的杂环衍生物碱,在生物体内显现出了丰富多彩的生物活性。因为具有各种各样的生物活性,含有吲哚结构的药物大量上市,对治疗疾病起到了非常重要的作用。同时也被广泛应用于农药、香料、染料以及其他精细化工品的中间体等领域,随着研究的深入,吲哚类化合物新的应用领域也在不断被开发。
