　　Aging is the highest risk factor for cancer and results in functional senescence of multiple cell types.To understand why the incidence of cancer increases with age, we test whether senescent or senescent like human diploid fibroblasts (HDFs) act like a tumor promoter using an in vitro tumor promotion model.
