The three-screw pump holds the merits of simple and compact configuration、small volume,high ability of self-priming,smooth working,long life period,easy disassembly,low vibration,none of the pressure fluctuation and noise.It has been widely used in transportation lubricator、fuel oil、glue as well as hydraulic drive device.On the other hand the cross section which is the key part of three-screw pump has directly influence on the performance,featuring in leak tightness,wear-resistant,transmission ability and processing property.According to the eurrentexisting problems ofthe three-screw pump,redesign and optimization of the three-screw pumps tooth profile curve has been completed basd on the three-screw pumps transmission theory combining to modern design methods in this thesis.At the same time,the 3-D modelling of driving lever and follower lever in line with its assembly are built,by which the theoretic analysis is verified.Eventually,the screws leak tightness、transmission ability and processing property have been improved and groundwork made for the latters work of CAE and CAM.
