This paper is a tentative first study on preventive methods of air and oil leakage problems of the composite rubberized polymer gels.During stirring phase,the physical property changes are examined as well as the degree of physical recovery of the material was taken as a base data and set as reference.The leakage of gel is mostly influenced by properties changes caused by too much stress of materials themselves occurring when the physical rotational force is applied through the agitator to secure the construct ability of gel that has the strong rubber characteristic due to material features for construction.Based on this data,attempts were made to reduce the deterioration of physical properties during stirring and a standardized stirring method that allows recovery of the material after application was determined.The evaluation criteria was centered on the properties changes that follow during the total time for stirring,and the appropriate stirring time in regards to preventing air and oil leakage during application in construction sites was determined to be approximately 15 minutes.
