介绍了我国聚乙烯醇(PVA)的生产技术的研究开发进展,分析了我国聚乙烯醇的生产消费现状及发展前景。2012年,我国聚乙烯醇的生产能力为123.1万吨,表观消费量约为65.64万吨,预计2017年的生产能力将达到约200.0万吨,而届时的总需求量只有约90～95.0万吨,产能将严重过剩,市场竞争更加激烈。今后应该积极开发新技术,加大高附加值新产品的开发力度,同时积极扩大出口,以规避市场风险,保证聚乙烯醇行业健康稳步发展。 The progress of research and development on the production technology of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) in China was introduced. The production and consumption status and development prospect of polyvinyl alcohol in China were analyzed. In 2012, China’s polyvinyl alcohol production capacity of 1.31 million tons, the apparent consumption of about 656,400 tons, is expected in 2017 the production capacity will reach about 200 million tons, and then the total demand of only about 90 ~ 950,000 Ton, serious excess capacity will be produced and the market competition will be fiercer. In the future, we should actively develop new technologies, increase the development of new high-value-added products, and at the same time actively expand exports so as to avoid market risks and ensure the healthy and steady development of the polyvinyl alcohol industry.
