[目的]头颈部淋巴结的影像学分区越来越受到国际放疗界的关注.2013年，几个大型的肿瘤中心达成协议，在以往的基础上提出了更新版的淋巴结分区.但基于该分区的鼻咽癌淋巴结转移规律尚无相关报道.本研究的目的是总结初治鼻咽癌的淋巴结转移分布规律，为调强放射治疗(IMRT)提供颈部照射范围的依据.[材料与方法]回顾性分析2010年至2013年期间我院治疗的鼻咽癌患者的MRI资料，由鼻咽癌多学科讨论组阅片，详
