The performance of Bio-based polylactic acid (PLA) similar to polypropylene, can use normally all kinds of plastic products by normal processing means.However, pure or high contents of PLA are difficult with the blown film processing.A series of the PLA block polymer toughening agents (plasticizers) were designed from the molecular structure, for the toughening of the blend system of PLA with poly (butyl diacid butyl glycol ester (PBS) and phthalic acid glycol ester (PBAT), to improve the blend melt strength, develop blowing processing technology, and obtain high tensile properties of thin film materials.Development of PLA film blowing was applied for carry bag and packaging film applications.We produced PLA with high optical purity with high melting point, and the heat resistant temperature of the product resulting from the injection processing reached 120 ℃.The type of resin products can be used in the hot water cup, baby bottle, tableware and so on.
