神经行为评价系统在飞行员脑功能评定中的应用研究

  目的:探讨神经行为评价系统(NES-C3)在飞行员脑功能(CF)评定中的应用价值.方法:采用NES-C3评价系统分别测试45名飞行员(年龄25-31岁,平均27.6±2.5岁)和非飞行员(大学生,年龄25-30岁,平均27.5±2.6岁)在模拟喷气发动机噪声干扰环境下的CF状态(通过POMS量表评定紧张-焦虑、愤怒-敌意、疲惫-惰性、忧郁-沮丧、有力-好动、困惑-迷茫6个方面的CF状态),以及完成“记忆扫描”、“数字检索”、“视简单反应时”、“视复杂反应时”、“目标跟踪”、“连续操作”等6项神经行为能力指数(NAI)测试的差别.结果:无论有无干扰,飞行员组(PG)“有力-好动”项评分始终高于非飞行员组(NPG),而NPG的“紧张-焦虑”项评分始终高于PG.PG的6项NAI测试在干扰前后无显著差异,而NPG在干扰后均显著降低.结论:NES-C3神经行为评价系统对飞行员CF鉴定具有实际应用价值.
