犯罪的文化冲突理论是研讨犯罪与文化关系时不能逾越的一道理论屏障。随着犯罪文化学研究的深入,随着对中国本土犯罪问题和有关犯罪学理论的不断重视,我国学者已不满足将认识仍停留在20世纪上半叶美国学者塞林根据美国国情所提出的文化冲突理论上。为深入体察中国的犯罪问题,文化冲突理论需要进行合理的中国化。这种中国化既需要继承原有理论的精华,也需要理性反思原 The theory of cultural conflict of crime is a theoretical barrier that can not be insurrected when discussing the relationship between crime and culture. With the deepening of criminal cultural studies, with the continuous attention paid to the crime in China and the related theory of criminology, Chinese scholars are not satisfied to recognize that the American scholar Selin, who still stays in the first half of the 20th century, proposed according to the national conditions of the United States Cultural conflict theory. In order to get a deeper insight into the crimes in China, the theory of cultural conflicts needs to be rationally made in China.
