Antiseptic Dorogovs Stimulator 3rd fraction (ASD) is used in treatment of psoriasis,neurodennatitis and eczema.Two hours after the application of the drug in a dose of 0.5g (drug containing zinc paste) on skin we found strong c-Fos expression in cingulate (Cg),motor (M),sensory (S),insular (DI & GI),piriform (Pir) cortex and striatum (CPu) of the Sprague Dawley rat brain (n=9) as compared with the intact and the drug base control groups on section levels from 12 to 15,in according with the Paxinos and Watson stereotaxic atlas (6th edition).
