Objective: The aim of this study is to evaluate the outcomes of the long version proximal femoral nail anti-rotation (L.PFNA) in the treatment of complex proximal fractures.Methods: Between September 2006 and June 2008,37 patients with complex proximal femo ral fracture were treated with the long PFNA.Among the patients,the mean age was 65.3 years (range 29-83 years),76％ of the cases female and 24％ male.
