目的研究烟用桂花香精的成分及其对卷烟的增香作用。方法采用GC-MS法对烟用桂花香精中的挥发性成分进行了全面的分析。结果共鉴定出24种成分,检出率占总成分的84.19%。其中主要的成分有(Z,Z,Z)-9,12,15-十八碳三烯-1-醇(30.70%)、棕榈酸(12.33%)、二氢-β-紫罗兰酮(5.08%)、二氢-β-紫罗兰醇(4.75%)、Z-12-二十五烯(4.33%)和对甲氧基苯乙醇(3.54%)等。结论卷烟加香试验结果表明,烟用桂花香精对卷烟的增香作用具有显著的效果,具有重要的应用价值。
Objective To study the composition of sweet-scented osmanthus fragrance and its aroma-increasing effect on cigarettes. Methods GC-MS method was used to analyze the volatile components of sweet-scented osmanthus fragrance. Results A total of 24 components were identified and the detection rate accounted for 84.19% of the total composition. The main components are (Z,Z,Z)-9,12,15-octadecatrien-1-ol (30.70%), palmitic acid (12.33%), dihydro-β-ionone (5.08% ), dihydro-β-ionol (4.75%), Z-12-pentadecane (4.33%), and p-methoxyphenethyl alcohol (3.54%), and the like. [Conclusion] The results of cigarette flavoring test show that the sweet-scented osmanthus fragrance has a significant effect on the flavoring effect of cigarettes and has important application value.
